Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Lead and inspire a team of cooks to ensure a high standard of food preparation and presentation.

- Collaborate with team members to come up with innovative menu ideas and specials.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adapting to constant changes in a bustling setting.

- Manage food inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Preventative maintenance on equipment / Service calls.

-Staff scheduling / training.

-Menu creation.

-Ability to cook for special events up to 250 guests.

-Hiring / training / evaluating BOH staff.

 

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a kitchen management role or as a lead cook.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Professional experience preferred.

-Servsafe certified (we can provide)

 

 

Salary Range

USD $40,000.00 - USD $50,000.00 /Yr.
