Directs all the daily activities of the Locker Room. The position is highly visible to members and guests and,
therefore, demands a very courteous and service-oriented personality.

Works primarily inside a normal locker room/exercise facility. Potential exposure to equipment movement
hazards (i.e., rotary shoe buffer) and dangerous chemicals/solvents (cleaning supplies) if proper
safety procedures are not followed.

Ensure that all Members and Guests are greeted and welcomed in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist in the development of standards and maintain responsibility for cleanliness and appearance of all aspects
and areas of the Locker Rooms at all times. Positively promote the service philosophy of the club.

Providing valet service for shoes and supplies. Replace/change soft spikes from Members & Guest golf shoes
if requested.

Maintain ordering, receiving and storage programs as they relate to supplies and toiletries. Maintain par stock
inventory levels as established Head Golf Professional.

Assist the Golf Shop staff with the enforcement of dress code policies and allocation of daily locker usage.
Provide par stock levels on rental shoes.

pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly, performing such activities as bending, stooping, kneeling,
crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and grasping for up to five (5) hours without
sitting.
