The Activities Director will coordinate all member family and youth events as they relate to kids’ activities, camps, kid’s night out, holiday and family events and other various functions throughout the year. The Activities Director will report to the Corporate Wellness & Activities Director and the General Manager.

• Requires a high degree of administrative skills and executive ability and creativity • Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in child/youth setting
• Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in event planning
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Proficiency in presentation of projects
• Proficient with computer technology and standard software programs
• Actively use time-management system for appointments, projects, deadlines and follow-up
• Ability to effectively respond to feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members
• We are all in Sales – assists with club tours and is highly knowledgeable of the Club’s culture and procedures respectively to membership inquiries, as needed
