Porters Neck Country Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Mat Pilates Instructor to lead engaging, multi-level classes for our active membership.
We're looking for an instructor who can seamlessly blend Pilates principles with contemporary movement, creating thoughtful, challenging, and accessible workouts that help members build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.

• Create well-balanced classes that honor Pilates foundations while incorporating contemporary techniques and creative programming.
• Prioritize proper alignment, movement quality, and member safety.
• Lead dynamic, safe, effective mat-based Pilates classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Arrive on time and prepared for each session.

• Current certification in mat-based Pilates.
• Group Exercise Liability Insurance.
• Previous experience teaching with strong cueing and sequencing skills.
• Confident knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• CPR/AED certification.
