Overview

Wilson Country Club is seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Activities Leader / Youth Coordinator to create memorable experiences for our youngest members and their families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, planning engaging events, and bringing fun, creativity, and excitement to the Club.

Responsibilities

• Leads & helps run summer camps, parties and special events 

• Helps with set up & tear down for parties, camps and special events

• Helps run activities for bigger family functions such as Memorial Day, Christmas programming, Easter Events and much more.

• Works closely with the team to run well organized and memorable events for our members

• Provides great guest service to our membership at all times

• Enjoys working with children and can have fun but also understands the importance of rules, policies and procedures.

• Helps operate our 9-hole golf course, by checking members in, cleaning carts, and riding the course.

• Shows patience, energy and passion while working events and camps.

• Has open hours to work on weekends and evenings.

• Follows the guidelines put in place for our front desk operations and enforces the policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

• Current CPR & First Aid Certification or willing to get it

• Ability to effectively respond to feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members

• Previous experience in child/youth setting and/or guest service is preferred.

Salary Range

USD $10.00 - USD $12.00 /Hr.
